Refund Policy

We do not provide refunds unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it, including photos and your order number. After verification, a refund or exchange will be processed accordingly.

Exchange Policy

We offer product exchanges under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, in its original condition.

• All original tags must still be attached.

• Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

Please note:

• Exchange shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

• A flat fee of 44 AED applies to exchanges within the UAE.
